Jessica Kepner, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in Maryland with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across clinical, school, residential, and community-based settings. She is deeply committed to promoting social, emotional, behavioral, and mental wellness while tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and her Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She is trained in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based practices, DBT, CBT, IFS, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy, with specialized training in supporting LGBTQ+ communities.

As Associate Clinical Director at NorthStar Counseling & Wellness, Jessica has overseen clinical staff, provided individual and group supervision, and contributed to policy development, quality assurance, and EHR implementation. Her expertise spans school-based programs, in-home therapy, outpatient services, and residential care, giving her a comprehensive understanding of diverse client populations and clinical systems.
